At 16, I struggled with suicidal depression for 3 At 16, I struggled with suicidal depression for 3 years. It was a dark time, and for a while, I didn’t see a way out.After that, I decided to focus on my mental health. I managed to stay mentally and emotionally balanced. Slowly, I started to feel alive again.But when I got pregnant, experienced two late miscarriages, and finally had my first healthy baby after an extremely difficult pregnancy, the darkness returned during the challenging newborn phase.It was heavy.I was torn between two worlds. On one side, I kept thinking of ways to end my life. On the other, I looked at my little girl and felt deep inside that she needed me.After 1.5 years, I began remembering that I had survived darkness beforeβ€”and that it was possible to find happiness again.✨️Here’s how I found my spark again after my 2nd suicidal phaseπŸ‘‡πŸΌ1️⃣ I repeated to myself it was possible to feel happy againβ€”both in my thoughts and out loud.
