toward your dreams or away from them—life will challenge you.When I started following my soul’s nudges, my life didn’t suddenly become easier.But the forms of hardships did change.It went from struggling with illness and depression
to navigating the huge life changes that came with choosing a life that actually felt like mine.From feeling constantly down, sick, or afraid
to feeling joyful and content—
but still scared sometimes.I still struggle.But I wouldn’t trade these struggles for the ones I used to have.Because these struggles are taking me somewhere.They’re asking more of me.
They’re stretching me.
They’re teaching me.
They’re expanding my capacity for the life I’m creating.And that’s the secret:you don’t get to choose whether life will challenge you.But you do get to choose
