At 16, I struggled with suicidal depression for 3 years. It was a dark time, and for a while, I didn’t see a way out.After that, I decided to focus on my mental health. I managed to stay mentally and emotionally balanced. Slowly, I started to feel alive again.But when I got pregnant, experienced two late miscarriages, and finally had my first healthy baby after an extremely difficult pregnancy, the darkness returned during the challenging newborn phase.It was heavy.I was torn between two worlds. On one side, I kept thinking of ways to end my life. On the other, I looked at my little girl and felt deep inside that she needed me.After 1.5 years, I began remembering that I had survived darkness before—and that it was possible to find happiness again.✨️Here’s how I found my spark again after my 2nd suicidal phase👇🏼1️⃣ I repeated to myself it was possible to feel happy again—both in my thoughts and out loud. Your body absorbs the vibration of your voice and starts believing it.2️⃣ I explored how mind, body, emotions, and spirit relate to one another—they're all deeply intertwined. I worked on myself at all levels.3️⃣ I worked on unblocking my sacral chakra with feminine somatics—movements that set you free from within.4️⃣ I dove deep into Kundalini activation. Feminine sexual energy is the essence of aliveness and inner power.5️⃣ I took courses and learned tools to heal trauma on deeper levels.Flushing old, heavy energies from my body brought me true freedom.
