As you breathe in, visualize drawing energy up from the earth into your body, filling you with vitality and resilience. With each exhale, release any tension or stress, allowing it to dissolve and dissipate into the earth. Continue to breathe deeply and evenly, feeling yourself grounded and centered in your body.
